Photo & Document Guidelines

Clean the area if safe to do so; remove dirt and snow.
Shoot in daylight or a well-lit garage. Avoid strong backlight.
Hold the phone still; tap to focus on the damaged area.
Take overview shots of each side (front, rear, left, right) — 4 photos.
Take 45° corner shots (front-left, front-right, rear-left, rear-right) — 4 photos.
Take close-ups of each damaged part (bumper, fender, door, hood, tailgate, lights, glass, wheels). 2–3 photos per part.
Include VIN plate (driver door jamb) and dashboard VIN through the windshield.
If airbags deployed or frame damage suspected, add interior shots and underbody if visible.
For paint scuffs, add a close shot with a coin or ruler for scale.
If you already have an estimate from your a body shop or other place, please upload it here as a PDF (or photo). This helps us deliver the most accurate report.
